Mini-training events each week, highlighting new strategies for winning business on social media. Topics include content performance, lead generation, profile and message optimization, and more. 

• 12-Month On-demand Support

Our support team is on hand to guide you through any technical issues, platform changes, or roadblocks that may appear.

Refund Policy for Paid Training Events

We understand that unexpected changes can occur. To accommodate these changes, we’ve established a fair and transparent refund policy based on the proximity to the event date:

• 30+ days before the event: Full refund of the ticket price (minus Eventbrite fees, which are non-refundable).
• 22-29 days before the event: 50% refund of the ticket price (minus Eventbrite fees).
• 21 days or less before the event: No refunds will be issued.

Ticket Transfers In lieu of a refund, you may request to transfer your ticket to a future event (either at a different date, or location). Transfers are considered on an individual basis and must be requested at least 14 days before the event. Please contact us to discuss your transfer options. All transfers are subject to availability.
